Broken on Erlang/OTP 25

I've noticed that this library does not appear to work on Erlang/OTP 25. The keys are not being passed to the server, probably because of some changes to the PEM and crypto infrastructure.

I think what happens here is that functions like :public_key.ssh_decode/2 have been removed in OTP 25. I didn't realize that was the problem at first because Erlang swallows the exception.
