This fixes a couple of things:

  • I've removed picamerax from the docstring: it's no longer a dependency
  • I've removed spurious errors about restarting the camera manager: this is no longer needed since the upstream fix for Remove dependency on custom pylibcamera fork #3
  • I've fixed a typo in the green equalisation action.
  • I've bumped the dev version for tagging

This was added to work around #3 and is no longer needed.

I can probably eliminate some of the other statements above too - but
will do so after the next field trip to avoid the need to re-test.
