This PR adds the
spatialOBSM to the data object created by thesm.pp.mcmicro_to_scimapfunction, pulling coordinates fromX_centroidandY_centroid.This allows for
scanpyvisualizations such assc.pl.embedding(adata, basis = 'spatial', color = 'leiden')to be run natively.
