Quickstart documentation showing the wrong import

The guide at https://echo.labstack.com/guide still says you should import github.com/labstack/echo/v4, which doesn't work.

Looks like this was already fixed in the git repo here #137 in February, but for some reason the live version at https://echo.labstack.com/guide is still showing the old version.

This has been resolved with PR #167. (The installation section still needs some love though)
