JWT Dynamic Secrets/Keys

I was looking at this PR #1303, and I am wondering why this wasn't merged.

The map solution that was merged seems to only cover a specific use-case.

I am trying to created dynamic secrets for each user, so basically this means going to the database on each request. I would like to add that logic, and I saw that quite a few other people wanted to do the same. This doesn't seem to be possible with the current implementation.

@bubbajoe : I also have the need to pass a user-defined KeyFunc.
To address that, I just opened PR #1756.

PR #1756 was released with v4.3.0
