FastHTTP Support

I see your performance measurements vs. gin, but not fasthttp, at v3 support appears to be dropped. Was there a reason for this decision that you would care to share?

FastHTTP is not compatible with net/http, so integrating it requires quite some deep dive into the echo core.

Although fasthttp is looking awesome performance wise, it is still missing some features like HTTP/2.0 support.
We are still keeping an eye on it.

You may wanna take a look at https://github.com/gofiber/fiber. It's pretty much like Echo, but it uses fasthttp. However there's a downside that turns out to be critical to me: fasthttp doesn't have requests Contexts (https://golang.org/pkg/net/http/#Request.Context), so, let's say, if you run a long-running query through an HTTP endpoint, and the client closes the connection, you don't get any kind of signal, so the query will keep running on the background.

It talk about 'sins' that have been made for the sake of performance and how benchmarks may not be reflection of reality.
