Export tracks to website [new feature]

I need to export my tracks on website with REST API.
Is it possible to add server:port in Settings and action upload to website. Then, instead of export to file it will be send to server.

It will be great to sync database points to external web storage. So each point need to `is_update` field, and when idle or one per minute/hour this points will be sync.
