Update Python notebook tutorials

Starting from 0.11.0, we will be encouraging users to iterate through Python results using iterators (for loops instead of while loops). Related to #515, but we will only update the notebooks right before the release so that the feature is actually available in case users try it out.

Also need to update the notebooks to use single file paths.
