Requests on API with dramatiq and aiopg.

On API we get actual unix_time and put this data in PostgreSQL.

Run with Docker:

docker-compose up -d --build

Open http://0.0.0.0:8000 in browser.

If you get Internal server error. Please, try to update the page again or create the Issue and write your problem there.
