The star history chart in the README was broken due to upstream restrictions on the stargazer API, so the chart would not render. Point the chart at a working provider and update the repo reference to the current repository name so it no longer 404s. Applied across the English and all localized README files.

The star history chart in the README stopped rendering because of upstream restrictions on the stargazer API, which broke the image source. This switches the chart to a working provider and updates the chart to point at the current repository name so it resolves correctly instead of 404ing.
Applied to the English README and all localized README files.
