Workflow for automatically updating CLI reference docs is failing

We seem to be consuming a non-existent image for the workflow that opens PR and updates the CLI reference docs:

We may need to consume a policy from the updatecli GH org, or move the now-defunct policy under https://github.com/kubewarden/automation/tree/main/updatecli.
