[hi] Localize tasks job page

Description

This PR adds Hindi (hi) translation for the Kubernetes documentation. Specifically, this PR translates the Job tasks documentation, focusing on:

• Running Automated Tasks with CronJob
• Coarse Parallel Processing Using Work Queue
• Fine Parallel Processing Using Work Queue
• Indexed Job for Parallel Processing
• Job with Pod-to-Pod Communication
• Parallel Processing using Expansions
• Pod Failure Policy

The translations maintain technical accuracy while ensuring natural Hindi language flow and proper technical terminology usage.

@aryasoni98 It's a sincere request that while submitting PR's, you submit them as smaller chunks that make it easier for the reviewers to review and approve. Submitting 8 files at a time is difficult from the perspective of a person who has to cross-check 8 different files for translated content, which adds to the overhead.
