@kbarnard10 - would you mind letting me know why you have a new form? I see you reworded a couple of questions and removed the "Send me a copy of my responses" slider. Is there something on the back end that has changed? I'm new to the Docs team and trying to learn all the processes. Thanks! |

@aimeeu The existing form is an old one we inherited with the blog that we weren't able to transfer ownership of and we have now lost access. |
