What would you like to be added

Make https://kubernetes.io/ko/docs/concepts/services-networking/ingress/ doc up-to-date

Why is this needed

1. The doc is old comparing with https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/ingress/
2. More doc users will be interested regarding end-of-life (EOL) of the Kubernetes Ingress API object (networking.k8s.io/v1beta1)
