[hi] Localize content of "Docs Smoke Test Page" in "docs/test.md" to Hindi

We can see that test.md file present in en language demonstrates how the Kubernetes documentation uses Markdown, it would be useful to have the same file for hi language too (well not just for hi lang, we can do this for other languages as well that doesn't have this,)

I'll take this issue up, if it is something we can work on.
And if we are to proceed with this for all languages then I suggest making a different PR for a different lang linking to this same issue.
