Issue with k8s.io/de/docs/tasks/tls/

This is a Bug Report

Problem:
k8s.io/de/docs/tasks/tls/ does not contain any information except the feedback button.

This seems to be limited to the German, French and Spanish version.

I checked that again and the reason for this being empty is that the sub pages (cert rotation managing tls in a cluster) don't exist in German.
In the english version https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/tls/ is just displaying https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/tls/certificate-rotation/

So this probably goes as "expected behavior"
