official image does not contain lsblk binary

we run npd 0.8.0 from: k8s.gcr.io/node-problem-detector:v0.8.0

but every some seconds we have the following error log entries:

node-problem-detector-q99zr node-problem-detector E0325 10:30:02.459512       1 disk_collector.go:145] Error calling lsblk

Checking inside the container confirms this.
I am happy to raise a PR to fix this.
