PowerShell has auto-completion features for the native cmdlets. Lets see if we can have some support for auto-completion on Windows/PowerShell for minikube.

@medyagh - Yes, I am interested in picking this up once I fix the other major bugs. You have anything in mind for this?

@dzmitry-lahoda - I haven't started working on this as of now. Working on some other things but don't worry, I have this in my mind. If you have any further ideas, do post here :)
