The exact command to reproduce the issue:

  1. minikube dashboard
  2. In the left menu, navigate to "Settings"

The full output of the command that failed:

The operating system version:

MacOS 10.14.5, minikube v1.1.0, cluster kubernetes v1.11.8, hyperkit

Possibly related? kubernetes/dashboard#2787

could you please paste the output of minikube start and also minikube logs

This sounds like kubernetes/dashboard#2694 and/or kubernetes/dashboard#2787

One workaround may be to --disable-settings-authorizor=true to the dashboard command line. If anyone tries this and it works, feel free to send a PR out.
