kubectl edit secret could have a flag to edit as stringData

What would you like to be added:

An option for edit secret that converts the secret to stringData for editing, and back again.

Would need to work out what to do if a value contains binary data, probably abort the edit and print an error.

Why is this needed:

Make it easier to edit secrets.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.
