Allow more than 1 utility subnet per AZ

Hello,
I want to create 3 utility subnets per AZ but adding more that 1 utility subnet throws error. Is there any way around this.

Why I need more than 1 utility subnet?
If I configure AWS Firewall then it should be in a separate subnet with no other resources in the subnet and I want separate subnets for ALB and NAT Gateways.
