Document chunking related change in v1.10

Chunked transfer behavior changed starting from controller v1.10.x

• There has been a breaking change in upstream vanilla nginx http://hg.nginx.org/nginx/rev/2bf7792c262e

• It has impacted the ingress-nginx controller as demonstrated in since controller 1.10.0 (chart 4.10.0): ingress rejects duplicate "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" and returns 502 #11162 because we upgraded to nginx v1.25 as part of openresty

• Setting the chunking header in java code used to work before ingress-nginx v1.10 but will not work anymore . Details in that issue linked above

• Tak is to read and understand since controller 1.10.0 (chart 4.10.0): ingress rejects duplicate "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" and returns 502 #11162

• If required reproduce the problem and the solution

• Address this change of behavior in the the documentation

• Include a note in the changelog
