Add nginx platform application example with production-grade YAML

This PR adds a production-style Kubernetes example including:

• Deployment with resource requests/limits
• Readiness and liveness probes
• Service configuration
• Clean platform-style structure
• DevOps-focused YAML patterns

Purpose: Provide a practical example for learners and DevOps engineers to understand real-world Kubernetes deployment structure.
