fix reset network for tencent OS

What this PR does / why we need it:

For Tencent OS, when run reset.yml, an error occurs:
Could not find the requested service network: host

The reason is that network network-manager was incorrectly selected in the reset playbook, and it should be NetworkManager

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
