request for guides/examples on using existing self-signed certificates in wehhook instead of relying on cert-manager

Currently, there is no guide or example in the Kubebuilder book for using existing self-signed certificates in webhooks.

What we need to do here is check the steps and provide guidance on how to:

• 1 - Create a new project
• 2 - Scaffold an API
• 3 - Create an webhook-like defaulting for this API
• 4 - Disable CertManager in the kustomize files (config)
• 5 - Configure self-signed without use the cert-manager (PS.: We need make clear that is valid for development and it is not recommended for prod)
