@kkeshavamurthy I think this is a simple one for you to try out.
To recreate, you would basically kick off any OVA build as root -- and the Ansible steps are going to fail. The solution is likely this one-line fix already present in the QEMU builder: #250
Build fails when running as root
Host OS: CentOS 7.8
Environment: vSphere 6.7u3
When running as a normal user it builds without error.
Can documentation be update to inform user to not run as root, check for root during "make", or be fixed to support root user?
Ansible error: "You need to be root to perform this command. "
