conformance: Add HTTP calls to validate E2E routing for inferencepool_resolvedrefs_condition test.

This is a tracking issue for work item to update the Conformance test "inferencepool_resolvedrefs_condition" to add E2E HTTP calls that ensure the routing is actually taking place as expected.
