CRDs contain an invalid CABundle

The CRDs currently still contain an invalid CA Bundle.
For 1.31 that isnt supported anymore, capi itself also removed them kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api#10972

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If CAPI Operator contributors determines this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
