support CreateVolumeRequest parameters #123
Description
Some CSI drivers, like ceph-csi, depend on volume parameters. Unless I have missed something, those parameters currently cannot be set when using the csi-sanity command and pkg and thus ceph-csi cannot be tested with it.
We should add a config file for parameters similar to what is already supported for secrets.
