See the bottom right metric:

It is not filled in the way it should be

This may be working as intended. For numeric metrics (as opposed to percentage) we may not have a baseline with which to compare them, so the blue bar is based on the range of metrics being displayed. In the above example, since the only two values are 0.942 and 0.949, the larger is completely filled and the smaller is completely empty.
