Remove Nested Fields | Helm

Hello I am performing the steps as you indicate above but for some reason this one when I put an amount of keys that I want to remove this one is not able to:

Here I keep getting those values from the loki menu:

For some reason that I don't know in the file from logging opertor I try to add the filters of remove_keys to be able to eliminate those fields that are unnecessary...

But for some reason the pod_id disappears but the rest of the components do not?

I would like to be able to manage the amount of labels that appear but it is impossible to continue but I try to look in the documentation of fluentd and loki I can not see the option to remove them correctly.

The versions I use are:
fluent/fluent-bit:3.1.8
ghcr.io/kube-logging/fluentd:v1.17-5.0-full
