NoSleep has no ci.yml, so its profile Status goes blank once the generator's dotnet.yml fallback is removed #21

Description

@matt-edmondson

What's wrong

.github/workflows/ contains dotnet.yml, dependabot-merge.yml and update-sdks.yml, but no ci.yml. The org convention (ktsu-dev/.github CLAUDE.md, "Conventions the generator assumes") is that every repository calls the shared pipeline through ci.yml, and the profile README generator reads the Status column from ci.yml.

Why it matters

NoSleep's status currently shows only through the temporary --fallback-workflow dotnet.yml migration flag. That flag is meant to come off once its warnings stop; when it does, NoSleep's Status column goes blank, and NoSleep is the warning keeping it on. It also means NoSleep doesn't pick up changes made to ci-shared.yml.

NoSleep is not listed among the known violations in the org CLAUDE.md.

Suggested fix

Replace dotnet.yml with the standard ci.yml that calls ktsu-dev/.github's ci-shared.yml@release, matching what FileDeduplicator and SvnToGit already use, and point the README build badge at ci.yml.

Acceptance criteria

  • .github/workflows/ci.yml exists and dispatches to the shared pipeline; dotnet.yml is removed.
  • ktsubuild profile readme --org ktsu-dev --only NoSleep (without --fallback-workflow) reports a status for NoSleep.

    Triage

    • Category: Improvement (CI convention)
    • Priority: Low. Nothing is broken today, because the profile still shows NoSleep's status through --fallback-workflow dotnet.yml. This issue blocks removing that flag, though.
    • Area / suggested assignment: .github/workflows/. Replace dotnet.yml with the standard ci.yml that calls ci-shared.yml@release, copying FileDeduplicator or SvnToGit, and update the README badge. This is a quick mechanical change.
    • Duplicates / in progress: No duplicate found. No open PR covers it. The open NoSleep PRs Bump the ktsu group with 5 updates #16 and Bump Polyfill from 11.4.1 to 11.4.3 #19 are Dependabot bumps. Once this is fixed, check whether any other repository still triggers the fallback warning.
