RHEL8 coverage upload broken #70
Description
The Python they ship wholesale with the codecov upload action is built against GLIBC2.29 which RHEL8 doesn't support.
xref codecov/codecov-action#1834. We could upload the coverage artifacts, download them and then upload them to coverage in another environment, but that's tedious and probably not worthwhile. I will just disable coverage upload for now.
