How can I cancel an ongoing kitten transfer upload? #8546

Both ctrl-c and IIRC esc work though, its not an immediate cancel, as
the kitten has to send the cancel request to the terminal, then wait for
in flight data from the remote side to finish arriving otherwise it will
get spewed all over the screen.

I'm getting used to the kitten ssh and kitten transfer, and noticed that I can't cancel an ongoing transfer, at least when using
--direction=upload
, to transfer a file from my local host to the remote host where I ssh'd into.Ctrl-C and Ctrl-D don't do anything, and it just keeps showing the transfer stats/progress.
The only way I got it to stop was to kill the kitten process.
I'm running kitty 0.41.1 in macOS 15.4, and the remote server is Red Hat 9.5.
Is there anything that I'm missing here?
