This PR implements
BitAnd,BitOr, andBitXor, as well as their respective assign traits, for primitive types. This is useful in particular for packing arbitrary binary data into au7sequence, which can then be sent in a SysEx message.I considered adding left and right shift, but it's probably best that those remain unimplemented.
