Be aware that fsnotify does not work for subdirectories:
Are subdirectories watched?
No, you must add watches for any directory you want to watch (a recursive watcher is on the roadmap: fsnotify/fsnotify#18).

This PR adds a feature to the
kosli snapshot pathscommand that uses a select poll to wait for filesystem changes to send snapshots. This will be mostly used in demos.
