feature request: reverse geocoding only database

In Dawarich, we only use reverse geocoding, so it doesn't really make sense to have a full database. If possible, it would be great if we would be able to work with the photon database that only contains reverse geocoding data, which will result in the database having smaller size. I think it will be also useful for some other applications as well.

This should be feasible now that we are going away from the one-database-fits-all approach with the new dump/import. Basically requires adding an appropriate command line and then carefully going through the index mapping to remove all unneeded indexes and collector fields.

I'm really looking forward to this feature as well, because my use case is only reverse geocoding (dawarich).
