Cancel hotkey doesn't work

Add or remove tooltip

### Environment

* Editor.js version: 2.29.1
* editorjs-tooltip version: 1.2.2
* Device, Browser, OS: Desktop, Google Chrome 128.0.6613.137, Windows 10

### Current behavior

Cancel hotkey (Ctrl+Z in Windows) doesn't work

### Expected behavior

Hotkey should work
