RFCOLOR2_4 Requires a Change to the Pixel Pin

If using the rfcolor2_4 must change the pixel pin in RF_in_Pixel_out sketch

from:

define PIXEL_DATA_PIN_1 2

to

define PIXEL_DATA_PIN_1 A5.

Recommend you move this up to the configuration section or make it change automatically if RFCOLOR2_4 is selected as the board.
