On mobile, clicking the currently selected mode in the deficiency selector does nothing

For example, if you're currently in Protanopia mode, open the selector and click 'Protanopia', nothing happens. This should at least close the selector.

This happens because the menu listens for the `onChange` event, which doesn't trigger in this case.
