'Try again' button on error screen looks broken #2

Description

It isn't broken; when you click the button it actually tries to access the camera again. This almost always fails though, because either the permission has been denied (in which case the user needs to undertake action before ColorBlindSim can ask again) or there's some internal hardware or software issue (which might need a browser restart or even a full reboot). I can't help this, but what I can do is improve the user feedback to make it more clear that it actually does try something.
