Fixing all Antora errors (except placeholders). Placeholders include:

• image:$NEW-IMAGE$[width="", alt=""]
• image:$OLD-IMAGE$[width="", alt=""]

Note: because a couple xref: errors couldn't be resolved with the current set of files, 2 files had to be created within scriptless-automation.
