Add tpp binary in convenience package

First, thank you for all this impressive work ! You are making developing for the FANUC systems a much better experience.
I installed rossum using the convenience release, and I got an error saying that the program cannot locate tpp.bat.
Since I am not using tpp, I just tricked it by placing a tpp.bat file in a folder in my $Path.
However, now that you have released a beta binary for tpp, I believe it would be even more convenient to include it directly in the binaries.zip file.
What do you think ?
