Issue with "tp" programs

• getting multiple rules generate error where @(obj) in build.ninja is not getting updated for the "tp" programs, and just using the last obj found in source.

• .man_log is not logging the program in the "tp" section

multiple rules generate error due to upper case extension (i.e. .LS instead of .ls)

not added to .man_log because of this.
