Wasn't super happy with the solution to #34. This PR adds an
exposeattribute which defines the derive-createdDiffandDiffReftypes outside of theconst _: () {}block normally used to prevent namespace pollution. Either[difference(expose)]or[difference(expose = "MyDiffName")]can be used to expose the type
