Kubernetes raw deployer requires knative

Kubernetes raw deployer required knative to be installed.
Per my understanding the raw deployment shouldn't required Knative. Below a test on Openshift

$ func deploy --deployer raw

Thanks for reporting this @jrangelramos. I think this comes from the fact, that the raw deployer now supports func subscribe and thus requires an eventing client (#3335).
Same will most likely be the case for the keda deployer then (which builds on top of the raw deployer). Maybe we can mask those errors and print a warning instead that func subscribe is only available with Knative Eventing 🤷
