GPS uputronics not working on 64bit #520
Description
i had build a pi on 32bit running just fine with the Uputronics GPS hat i got (everything worked perfect). since starting again on the 64 bit updated version it doesn't seem to see the GPS at all. I have installed everything i need as per the instructions on

and it seems to be working in that respect, i would really appreciate a little help to get this working again (looking to get it out in the field on next camping trip).
