Feature Request - Add GPS option of Fixed Location

As a BAP user in a fixed location (such as a ham shack) I would like to enable lat/long and maidenhead functions by setting fixed values rather than reading streams from a GPS so that I can not be required to add a USB device to my port and power budget.
