Window comes to front on hover

Hi Guys, amazing software, thank you for it!

Just wanted to report, that at least on linux I noticed that when I move the cursor over the 3d view, it brings the window to the front.
Not sure why is that, but it would be nice to be able to disable it.

thank you for reporting this, it is good to know that this bug is also happening on linux. This is a known problem on windows and we are already working on a fix. PR #1498 will hopefully resolve this bug.
