Automatic Payment Time on Frontend Calendar selection not translating to Payment dispersal by desired Time

On Goerli, I selected a payment to intend to occur 5 minutes later, but funds were still held in an address. Submitted a few other transactions, still held in address after date has passed. Could be an issue with the frontend interaction, which takes in a (Local Time) on the Calendar, and calculating the TimeOut Payment Variable which is // Time in seconds after which the transaction can be automatically executed if not disputed. on Line 638 of the Contract.

UPDATE: On Mainnet, selecting a Calendar time 3 minutes in the future does seem to translate to a TimeoutPayment of 185 seconds. https://etherscan.io/tx/0xf22a4c66a1ca9350bccdc346915a22bb5e2620bfe4db21604b5a359da6b78198 So that’s working.

However,

After 7 minutes after TimeoutPayment time has passed, funds have still not been dispersed to desired address from Escrow Contract.

The situation is slightly mitigated by the fact that either party can execute the payment after the timeout has passed, but I've confirmed it still happens and needs fixing.

Additionally, in this scenario, there's a message at the bottom that doesn't make sense. There was no dispute on this transaction.
